The excitement, passion and energy that you feel in the air when 25 000 innovative minds from all around the globe gather in Helsinki. The name of the game is the event called Slush, where 3500 startup companies and 2000 investors shake hands. The world’s leading startup event was held last week, and now the dust and buzz has settled, leaving Helsinki with memories to cherish, and company founders with business goals to aim at. This year the Slush event has been exceptional for us; Crowst has been selected as the best company of the Nordic Angel Program, arranged by FiBAN (Finnish Business Angel Network)!
Nordic Angel Program background
During the Autumn of 2019, an international syndicate of 30 investors have gone through a rigorous process of due diligence. This has covered 130 companies that have applied for the Nordic Angel Program at Slush. One of these applications was submitted by Crowst. We have been thrilled about this joint journey with the investors, and about the opportunity to get international support in developing our business.
As the outcome of the program, out of the 130 applicant companies, Crowst was the only one that was selected to win an investment, as announced on the stage at Slush 2019. Knowing the brilliance of so many companies we have been fortunate to walk this journey with, we feel truly honoured and humbled.

The new Crowst product version, launched in January 2019, is efficient and robust, enabling scaling to international markets. The timing of the investment will support our business plans for 2020, helping us to execute and focus on things that matter.
